This right-hand handlebar throttle block pigtail harness is designed to repair damaged or corroded wiring at the throttle assembly on select Polaris ATVs. The factory connector is not waterproof and commonly fails due to moisture intrusion, vibration, or internal wire breakage, causing intermittent or non-functioning throttle block switches. This replacement pigtail uses the same automotive-style connector as the original and allows the damaged section of wiring to be replaced without purchasing the complete throttle assembly. The kit includes a pre-terminated connector with six color-coded wires, butt connectors, wire loom, zip ties, and heat-shrink tubing to support a clean and durable repair. Wire length is extended to allow connections to be tucked inside the headlight pod for protection. This is the non-grooved connector style and is compatible with both grooved and non-grooved throttle block housings.
